  • Is this program right for me?
    If you are looking to improve your fitness then you are in the right spot. This works with all levels from beginner to advanced.
  • What equipment do I need?
    I would recommend having at least a pair of light and heavy dumbbells. If you have access to a gym even better, but it is not required.
  • What is my commitment?
    I require a 3 month minimum commitment, but 90% of my clients stay longer 6+ months as my programming will continue to evolve as you progress. You may cancel at any time after the third month of coaching is completed with two weeks notice prior to the month end.
  • What if I have a pre-existing injury?
    I will take this into account while programming so you are not at risk. I will start with a mobility screen which is a great way to prevent injuries from even starting!
  • How many workouts can I expect?
    I generally program 3 or 4 strength training days and will add accessory lifts, active recovery and cardio workouts between those days. This will vary slightly based on your current fitness level and goal
  • Why should I invest in this vs. all the other online training options out there?
    This is not just a program, this is coaching. This will be tailored specifically to you! I will make sure you have all your questions answered. Be prepared to be educated along the way so you can not only reach your fitness goal, but become empowered to continue your progress. Quite simply, most of the market sells to you. You are just a number that fitness influencers will make money on. Instead of trying to fit you into a pre-determined solution box, the solution should be built around you and your unique goals.
